Associate Professor Hidehiro NAKAJIMA

*Profile

 Dr. Nakajima's research interests includes college and university governance, organizational learning, organizational culture, and faculty development. He teaches courses in organizational theory and organizational behavior, and qualitative research methods. Currently, he serves as a member of editorial board of the journal of Japan Association for College and University Education.

 He also serves as co-coordinator of the National Network Center for faculty and staff development and hosts a various types of seminars including future faculty program, course design workshop, effective questioning, and institutional research workshop.

 He holds MA and PhD in Economics from Nagoya University, and a certified member of the Japan Association for Educational Development in Higher Education, a member of the International Consortium for Educational Development.
